The Bela Longevity platform is a management tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All peptide protocols are determined by your healthcare provider. Always follow your provider's instructions and consult them with any questions about your treatment.

4. User Accounts

Accounts are created by healthcare providers on behalf of their clients. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify your provider immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Share your login credentials with others.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.

6. Data Ownership

Your healthcare provider retains ownership of all clinical data entered into the platform. You retain ownership of your personal information. We do not claim ownership of any user data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
